Editors' Take

Yeah, yeah, yeah: It's really expensive. But, over 100 bands over the course of three days for $200 is equivalent to less than $2 a band! Just don't buy too many $5 beers, and you'll be fine, tightwad.

This line-up's huge! RATM, Wilco, Radiohead, NIN and locals Kayne, Cool Kids, Office, Lupe and Kid Sister. A musical weekend made in heaven (a very hot, humid and crowded heaven, that is), this year's event should solidify Chicago as one of the most musical cities in America.

Bands @ Lolla include:
Radiohead
Rage Against the Machine
Nine Inch Nails
Kanye West
Wilco
The Raconteurs
Louis XIV
Love and Rockets
Gnarls Barkley
