Southerners are known for being slow and easy-going. Snowden and Colour Revolt defy this stereotype -- both performing with an intensity and fervor unknown to most modern-day, indie-rock bands.
Jade Tree's indie rock foursome, Snowden, hasn't released an album since 2006 ( Anti-Anti), but that's not stopping them from touring. The band with seriously infectious energy (saw 'em twice) and male-female unison vocals promises to play a lot of new material yet to be released. Also indie rock, tourmates Colour Revolt play from their recent April 2008 release, Plunder, Beg and Curse.
