Charity Gala for Apna Ghar (Our Home) (Event Over)

An Invitation.  We would like to invite you to attend “Arabian Nights” – our charity fundraiser for victims of domestic violence, taking place on November 14, 2009 at Alhambra Palace.  Apna Ghar provides culturally-appropriate, multilingual services, including emergency shelter, legal advocacy, and counseling to survivors of domestic abuse, with a primary focus on the South Asian and other immigrant communities.  The event is set to attract more than 400 people to an evening featuring exquisite cuisine, entertainment, comedy, a fashion show by Raaz Fashion Boutique, and keynote speaker Dr. Dipak Jain of Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management. 
A Call to Action.  We need help inviting others and obtaining sponsors for the charity gala.  Many of you have family, friends, colleagues and employers that may be interested in partnering with NetIP and Apna Ghar to sponsor our event.  We have a number of sponsorship packages available to individuals, businesses, and other entities interested in supporting our goal to end domestic violence.
